On February 9, 2022 Federica Dossi, facilitator of the first edition of FemSex in Wageningen, gave an overview of the workshop and what the journey entails.
The iWeek is designed to give participants tools and experiential knowledge on how to deal with and address major societal and environmental challenges of our time. It is an i(nteractive) Week with workshops and spaces to exchange, allowing you to explore the principle of inner sustainability: how do you relate to others, yourself, and nature?
Tuesday 13th of April, this event took place as part of our series on Inner Sustainability. On this evening focused on one particular aspect: our own health. Sometimes it seems we have lost an essential connection with our own wellbeing, and through the see of ways to become “healthier”, don’t know how to cure simple ailments or have the knowledge to prevent illnesses.
On Earth Day, April 22nd, we celebrated our connection and the history we share with a guided walk in the woods. For the occasion, Lian Kasper and Evelien Konings created an audio guide for the Deep Time Walk. The guide is now openly available to anyone who wishes to nurture their roots in the history of Earth. You can go alone, but it can be really valuable to share the journey with someone. All you need is to stream the guide through your headphones. Feel free to do this seated if that is more comfortable for you. Find the guide here: https://soundcloud.com/user-606349119/deep-time-walk-1
